PCOS Nutrition Coaching

What makes my PCOS nutrition and wellness services different?

If your experiences are like mine, your doctor has given you about 5 minutes of their time to discuss your PCOS diagnosis and treatment options. They probably prescribed hormonal birth control to shut down your faulty reproductive system or recommended IVF if you are trying to conceive. Perhaps they recommended Metformin if you have signs of insulin resistance and/or Spironolactone to manage unwanted hair growth. All of these prescriptions potentially come with side effects and none of them address the root causes of your PCOS.

But in the 5 minutes your doctor will spend with you, there isn’t nearly enough time to figure out your specific root causes or help you implement the lifestyle changes necessary to address these root causes. They also won’t be available to adjust protocols on a regular basis as you learn how your body responds to initial lifestyle adjustments.

That’s where I come in.

I provide my clients with the nutrition and lifestyle support that they actually need to improve their health.

My clients have:

  • Regained regular menstrual cycles

  • Lowered their fasting blood glucose levels and improved insulin sensitivity

  • Experienced reductions in PCOS symptoms like unwanted hair growth and acne

  • Reduced or even entirely eliminated their hot flashes (if perimenopausal)

  • Experienced increased energy and improved moods

  • Improved their sleep quality

  • Learned what foods best support their health and wellness

I worked with Kelly for 6 months and had a great experience. She helped me understand the relationship between my eating, exercise and PCOS in a way no doctor ever has. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to tackle their PCOS symptoms.

One-on-one Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coaching for PCOS and Other Women’s Health Challenges

All of my packages include:

  • A diet analysis to determine which nutrients (specific kinds of fats or proteins, vitamins, or minerals) may be lacking in your diet and how things like better blood sugar management might better support your reproductive system.

  • An analysis of your current lifestyle, habits, and markers of wellness to determine how these factors may be impacting your hormones.

  • Personalized meal plans designed for your specific nutrition needs and adjusted for your food preferences.

  • A habit change journal that we will use to set weekly habit goals to start moving you toward better reproductive health. We will also use your journal to assess what is getting in the way of establishing your desired new habits so that we can remove these obstacles.

  • Initial one-on-one 60-minute session outlining your individualized plan.

Packages vary based on the number of follow-up check-ins. See the chart below for more details and pricing. Prices for the Lite and Full Support packages include 3 months of services. Payment plans are available if needed.

While I have a strong interest in working with women with PCOS, I really just love helping women in general, and many of the tools that support women with PCOS are also helpful for a variety of health challenges.
