I have been working with Kelly for several months now through her Women's Health Meal Plan Membership, and the experience has been transformative. I absolutely love her meal plans! They are so easy to follow and make. The best part is that everything is absolutely delicious! In fact, she got me to like foods I would only rarely cook because of how quick and easy her recipes are. For each week I can choose to make meals each day or prep them for the whole week. I love the fact that many of the ingredients used in one recipe show up in others which minimizes waste. Most importantly, Kelly took the guess work out of what I need to do to eat healthy. Convenient and easy to use.
Kelly uses a variety of organizational tools to make shopping for ingredients, choosing meals and snacks, and preparing portions as easy as possible. I could use the shopping list she provided as I went grocery shopping, adjust portion sizes on the web calendar version of the plan, and print out recipes to save for later from the pdf version. I found preparing ahead very easy for me as a single parent, especially since Kelly offers tips on how to do this most efficiently.
Flexible,
In addition to being easy to use, the plan is somewhat flexible. I do not eat pork or beef, so I would occasionally substitute a different protein. Also, I prefer preparing meals ahead of time, but would peek at the plan with 5 dinners to see if any were more to my taste or cravings and perhaps substitute.
Kelly plans a lot of food, and sometimes I didn’t feel I needed to prepare or eat everything— but I could still reap the benefits of healthy options. Sometimes, I had a question, and Kelly answered it promptly and made me feel like I could adapt a recipe or snack to better fit my needs. Sometimes she offered suggestions of her own.

The recipes are not only well planned for nutritional value, they are very tasty and never boring. Kelly thoughtfully included many genres of cuisine. One night I would have something inspired by southwest flavors while the next I would have an option more Asian fusion. Again, the flexibility helps. Once you know what you like, you can adjust flavor profiles accordingly as far as spices.
Results!
Kelly may be designing this plan for women with PCOS, but I found I felt better over all. My moods were more even, I had less bloating, and as a perimenopausal woman, I had 0 hot flashes during the period I was on the plan. I also lost about 6 pounds in one month, and feel that the plan is sustainable enough that I can find and maintain a healthy weight as I continue.
All of this made using her plan far superior to the boxed plans— even if I had to do my own shopping. I feel like I have all the benefits of a personal nutritionist, but without waiting for appointments, paying huge fees, or feeling judged for making other choices. I have had meal plans prepared for me before, but most have been based on calories, and not as much on balancing the ingredients in my food to make my body feel great.
