This services includes:
A diet analysis to determine which nutrients (specific kinds of fats or proteins, vitamins, or minerals) may be lacking in your diet and how things like better blood sugar management might better support your reproductive system.
An analysis of your current lifestyle, habits, and markers of wellness to determine how these factors may be impacting your hormones.
A habit change journal that we will use to set weekly habit goals to start moving you towards better reproductive health. We will also use your journal to assess what is getting in the way of establishing your desired new habits so that we can remove these obstacles.
Initial 90-minute session outlining your individualized plan.
