1/4 tsp vanilla extract
8 - 12 oz. of your favorite cold brew, iced coffee, or ice Americano

Instructions:
Combine cream, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Use a hand-held milk frother to whisk until cream begins to hold the ripples created by the frother.
In your favorite glass, pour 8 - 12 oz. of your cold coffee beverage of choice. Add 2 - 3 ice cubes.
Pour cold foam over the iced coffee.

Substitutions
No maple syrup on hand? Substitute 1/2 tsp of honey.
Dairy-free
I honestly haven’t tried this with a dairy-free cream. I think the flavors will work just fine, but it might not whip up as well. If you try a dairy-free creamer, please let me know how it turns out in the comments!
Equipment
Don’t own a milk frother? You’re missing out! Here’s the one I love!
Why do I love this recipe?
Most pumpkin spice beverages are filled with sugar, and our blood sugar spikes very quickly when we consume liquid sugar. For someone with PCOS, these blood sugar spikes cause acne, hair where we don’t want it, less hair where we do want it, and irregular periods. While a little sugar every once in a while is just fine, I want to enjoy fall beverages more than once in a while! This option is low in added sugar and the fat content of the cream will help to lessen the blood sugar spike.
