My goal is to help females with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) take back control of their health and hormones through nutrition and lifestyle tools.

 

For too long, medicine has failed women with PCOS. Traditional treatment methods do not address the root causes of our symptoms, leaving us vulnerable to future health problems like diabetes and heart disease and forcing us to deal with side effects from hormonal birth control and other medications. But there is another way. Let’s explore it together.

 
I have struggled with PCOS symptoms since I hit puberty. Over the years I have met with every type of doctor, endocrinologist, and functional medicine practitioner to treat my symptoms and it was always a struggle.
